I am a licensed massage therapist in the states of NJ and PA, providing professional massage services as outlined by the governing bodies of massage and bodywork in each of these states.
CANCELLATIONS In order to avoid a cancellation fee a minimum of 48-hours notice is required.
Clients who provide 48-24 hours notice of appointment change or cancellation are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Clients who provide 24 hours notice or less or who do not show up for an appoint are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of service cost.
If you arrive after your designated appointment time, the session will be shortened and the full session fee will still be owed.
ZERO-TOLERANCE Any insinuation, gesture, or speech of a sexual nature or hate speech toward me, any human, or group of humans is strictly prohibited.
My services are purely therapeutic in nature, not sexual.
Hate speech here is defined as: any speech about any human or group of humans that is discriminatory due to the designated’s sex, gender preference or identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability, etc.
Any of the aforementioned speech during a session will result in an immediate cancellation of the session, a virtual invoice for the full session price, and a flag on the client’s account to inhibit future bookings.
GRATUITY Gratuity is accepted but never expected at this practice. I understand and respect that massage is medically necessary for many of my clients.
